Tour Terms Kintamani Jeep Journey

1. All tours Kintamani Jeep Journey start in Bali, and we welcome any special requests. You can communicate your preferences directly with our team, and we will be happy to customize the experience to meet your needs.
2. We operate all Drivers using private, air-conditioned vehicles to ensure comfort during your trip. Each Driver includes a friendly, English-speaking driver and full fuel, so you won’t face any unexpected costs. Our pricing is clear and transparent—no hidden fees.
3. Booking a tour is easy. Visit our website and complete the online booking request form. Once we receive your inquiry, we will email you the trip details immediately. If you are already in Bali, you can also contact us by phone or WhatsApp at +62 877 1558 4730. We will arrange a pick-up at a time and location that we have agreed upon.Tour bookings can be made online by submitting a request via our website. We will reply via email with the trip details after receiving your inquiry.
4. Please make payment in cash when our driver picks you up. We accept a variety of currencies, including US Dollars, Indonesian Rupiah, and other major currencies, based on current exchange rates. If you prefer online payment, we only accept it via bank transfer.
5. We do not charge cancellation fees. However, if you pay a deposit and then cancel or do not show up, we cannot refund the deposit.

• We reserve the right to adjust all displayed prices for services and products at any time. A reservation becomes final only after full payment is received.
