Tour Terms

1. All tours start from Bali, and any special requests can be discussed with us.
2. All tours are conducted using private air-conditioned cars.
3. Tour prices are transparent, with no hidden costs. Prices include full fuel and an English-speaking driver.
4. Tour bookings can be made online by submitting a request via our website. We will reply via email with the trip details after receiving your inquiry.
5. If you are in Bali, bookings can also be made by phone or WhatsApp by contacting us at +6287715584730. We will pick you up according to the agreed schedule.
6. Payment is made in cash upon pick-up by our driver. Payment can be accepted in US$, Rupiah, or other currencies according to the current exchange rate. Online payments are only accepted via bank transfer.
7. No cancellation fee. However, if the guest has made a prepayment and does not show up or cancels the tour, the deposit will be forfeited
